2024 Daicel 企業加速器年度大獎得主邑流微測 赴東京總部參與研發與技術交流 深化 PoC 合作

由日本百年企業 大賽璐（Daicel）集團 與 工業技術研究院（工研院） 共同推動的 「DAICEL 企業加速器（Daicel Accelerator）」 計畫，於 2024 年首次登台，吸引台灣及國際新創團隊與中小企業踴躍參與，為台灣新創生態圈注入強勁動能。經過半年的徵選、面談、產品展示及深度交流，來自 TTA 臺灣科技新創基地、t.Hub 內科創新育成基地 等共 10 組新創團隊 脫穎而出，並於 11 月 20 日 齊聚 Daicel Accelerator Final Pitch 舞台，角逐年度首獎。
最終，來自台灣的 邑流微測（FlowVIEW Tek） 憑藉其 影像式液體自動化檢測技術，榮獲 2024 DAICEL 企業加速器年度大獎，並獲得 大賽璐集團頒發的一百萬日圓獎金，展現台灣新創技術的卓越實力。未來，Daicel Accelerator 將持續深化與 TTA 及 t.Hub 的合作，攜手更多新創夥伴，推動跨國產業合作，促進台灣科技創新發展，活化新創生態圈，強化技術交流與市場鏈結，打造更具國際競爭力的創新產業環境。
The Daicel Accelerator Program, jointly launched by Japan’s century-old Daicel Corporation and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), debuted in Taiwan in 2024, attracting enthusiastic participation from both domestic and international startups as well as SMEs. Over six months, the program involved rigorous selection, interviews, product demonstrations, and in-depth interactions, ultimately identifying 10 outstanding startup teams from TTA Taiwan Tech Arena, t.Hub Neihu Innovation & Incubation Center, and other innovation hubs. These teams gathered on November 20 at the Daicel Accelerator Final Pitch to compete for the prestigious grand prize.
After an intense competition, FlowVIEW Tek, a Taiwan-based startup, secured the 2024 Daicel Accelerator Grand Prize for its innovative image-based liquid automation inspection technology. Along with the honor, the company received a JPY 1 million award from Daicel Corporation, showcasing Taiwan's exceptional technological innovation.
Looking ahead, Daicel Accelerator will continue strengthening its collaboration with TTA and t.Hub, fostering global industry partnerships, driving technological innovation in Taiwan, enriching the startup ecosystem, and creating a more competitive international business environment through enhanced technical exchange and market integration.

The meeting commenced with an address from Hiroki Hayashi, Manager of Daicel’s Business Accelerator Division, who elaborated on Daicel’s long-term innovation strategy. He emphasized how the company is leveraging the "Corporate Startup Engagement (CSE)" model, a widely adopted open innovation approach among global enterprises, to accelerate innovation through external collaboration. By establishing cooperative relationships with startups, such as through PoC and Proof of Service (PoS) initiatives, Daicel aims to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
Starting in 2024, Daicel Corporation, through its collaboration with ITRI via the Daicel Accelerator Program, will further evaluate potential strategic investment opportunities, fostering deeper engagement between enterprises and startups. FlowVIEW Tek’s journey—from joining the accelerator and winning the grand prize to engaging in direct discussions with Daicel’s R&D, production, and manufacturing teams—sets a groundbreaking precedent for collaboration between Taiwanese tech startups and Japanese enterprises.

At the Daicel internal technology exchange meeting, FlowVIEW Tek’s Vice President, Yi-Chih Liu, provided an in-depth presentation on AI Particle Imager and its applications in the semiconductor industry.
As semiconductor manufacturing processes become increasingly sophisticated, traditional manual inspection methods struggle to identify microscopic defects due to fatigue and subjective judgment, leading to inefficiencies and errors. FlowVIEW Tek’s AI-powered image recognition technology, combined with deep learning algorithms, enables automated liquid-based anomaly detection with exceptional precision. The solution has already been validated and adopted in the semiconductor industry, with further potential applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.
